All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We offer standard shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times are 7-15 business days for orders within the United States and 10-20 business days for international orders. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and factors outside our control.

SHIPPING COSTS

We offer FREE standard shipping on all domestic orders. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2-5 business days for tracking information to become active.

SHIPPING DELAYS

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, VitalEase is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact us at support@vitalease.online.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. VitalEase is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
