RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At VitalEase, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, you may request a refund or replacement within this period.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Please include proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) with your return request.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@vitalease.online with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

EXCHANGES

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return. Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. In such cases, VitalEase will cover return shipping.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first, as processing times may vary. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at support@vitalease.online.
