Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: $4.99 — Estimated delivery 7-15 business days
Free Shipping: Orders over $50 qualify for FREE standard shipping — no coupon needed. Discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 United States. We do not ship to U.S. territories, PO Boxes, or internationally at this time. We are actively working to expand our shipping destinations — check back soon!
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Delays & Exceptions
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high order volume, carrier issues, weather events, or other circumstances outside of our control. VitalEase is not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed off to the carrier.
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check around your property and with neighbors
- Wait 24 hours — packages are sometimes marked delivered early
- Contact your local post office or carrier
- If still unresolved, email us at support@vitalease.com and we will do our best to help
Lost or Stolen Packages
VitalEase is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. If your package is lost in transit (tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days), please contact us at support@vitalease.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email support@vitalease.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
