Our 30-Day Guarantee
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not 100% satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@vitalease.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions
- Ship the item back to us in its original condition
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5 business days
Refund Details
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Want a different product instead? Let us know in your return email and we'll set up an exchange. We'll ship the new item as soon as we receive your return.
Damaged or Defective Items
Received a damaged or defective product? Contact us immediately at support@vitalease.com with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement right away — no need to return the damaged item.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened. These will be clearly marked on the product page.
