How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 7-15 business days to the United States. We process orders within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $4.99. Orders over $50 ship FREE automatically — no coupon needed.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship to the United States only. We're working on expanding to Canada and the UK — check back soon!
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Click the link in that email to track your package in real time.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy for any reason, email us at support@vitalease.com and we'll make it right with a full refund or exchange.
How do I start a return?
Just email support@vitalease.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions within 1-2 business days. Items must be returned in their original condition.
I received the wrong item / my item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're so sorry! Email us at support@vitalease.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or full refund immediately — no need to return the damaged item.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. After that, they've already been sent to our fulfillment center. Email support@vitalease.com ASAP if you need to make changes.
